General Disconnection
If you suffer a disconnection during a game at Casino at bet365, you will be taken straight back to the game you were playing at the exact point you were disconnected. Please log back in to our casino and you will receive a pop up message stating that your disconnected game is being reloaded. Once the game has been restored you will be able to complete it.

- enter, access or attempt to enter or access or otherwise bypass our security system or interfere in any way (including but not limited to, robots and similar devices) with the Online Casino or the Website or attempt to make any changes to the Software and/or any features or components thereof. You do not own the Software. The Software is owned and is the exclusive property of the licensor, a third party software provider company, (the "Software Provider"). The Software and accompanying documentation which have been licensed to us are proprietary products of the Software Provider and protected throughout the world by copyright law. Your use of the Software does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Software. This agreement applies only to the grant of the licence to use the Software.
