In accordance with the regulations set out by the online gambling regulatory authorities in Spain, a limit is applied to the amount customers can bet on In-Play events. We would therefore advise you to fund your account before an In-Play event begins with the amount you wish to bet In-Play on that event.

Once you have funded your account, you can place bets on an In-Play event up to the value of your balance at the start of that specific In-Play event. Any subsequent winnings from In-Play bets placed on the event can be used to place further bets on the event.

Please note that deposits made after the start of the event, or winnings from either In-Play bets on different events or any pre-match bets will not increase the amount you can bet on an In-Play event.

For example, if you have a balance of €100 in your account at the start of an event, and you place an In-Play bet of €25 on the event, you will have €75 remaining to place further In-Play bets on the event. This amount will increase should you subsequently have winnings from In-Play bets placed on the same event.

These In-Play betting limits will apply to all In-Play events. Where multiple events start at the same time, the limits will work in the same way. For example, if three events start at 20:00 and your balance at 20:00 is €100, you can place bets to the value of €100 on each individual event, plus the value of any subsequent winnings from In-Play bets placed on that event.

Bets which exceed the Spanish In-Play Betting Limits will be rejected.

You can deposit funds via the Deposit page, where you can also select, add and edit payment details.

If you have added a debit or credit card to fund your account, the card details will be stored on your account for future transactions. You will also have the option to use the convenient Quick Deposit facility. Where you request to place a bet and have insufficient funds in your balance, you will be asked to enter your Card Security Number (CV2 – the last three numbers on the signature strip on the back of your card), and the funds required to cover your bet will be deposited.

Upon contacting us, you will be asked to confirm some of your account and personal details in order to verify your identity and allow us to set a new security number on your account.

You will be required to confirm the following details:

- Your username
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- The first line of your address and your postcode
- Your email address or telephone number registered to your account
- The date and amount of your most recent deposit or withdrawal into your account, or the last four-digits of the payment type you have registered on your account (e.g. Credit card number).
- A four-digit security number that you would like registering to your account.

Cash Out gives you more control over your bets and offers you an opportunity to take a return before an event has finished. When this feature is available you can Cash Out a bet in its entirety or you can partially Cash Out your bet, whilst leaving the remainder of your stake to run.

You can also create a request for your bet to automatically Cash Out entirely or for a partial amount, where the Cash Out amount offered reaches a chosen value.

Edit Bet gives you the ability to add, swap or remove selections on unsettled bets both pre-match and In-Play. You can also use the feature to change your bet type to any applicable multiple option. For example, you have the ability to turn your unsettled treble into three doubles.

It is important that we are able to positively identify our customers to comply with both regulatory requirements and to help ensure the security of accounts. In order to achieve this we may request identification from our customers.

The clearance time of a withdrawal made from your bet365 account will vary depending on the payment method you use. For example, a withdrawal made to a credit or debit card takes 2-5 working days due to normal banking procedures, whereas a withdrawal made via Skrill takes 24 hours.

We always try to settle bets as quickly as possible. For some events, official confirmation of the result is necessary before settlement takes place, which may cause a slight delay. We aim to settle all bets within an hour of the event finishing and In-Play bets during the event, where the result is available.
